Through a lifetime pursuit of healthy living, Bruce has developed a membership that trains dads to lead their families in a healthy lifestyle.

Bruce has led his wife and 2 daughters as their "unofficial" health coach. He loves the competition and fun of racing especially with his family involved. Community activities are a great way to find continued motivation and inspiration for healthy living.
